Amazon Launches 2 Furniture Lines

Amazon quietly launched 2 furniture lines and they are absolutely amazing!

Remember when Ikea had cornered the market on affordable and chic furniture? Then Target threw their hat in the ring with Project 62 and Hearth & Hand to satisfy all of our mid century modern and farmhouse design cravings. Well, Amazon’s new furniture lines are set to give both companies a run for their money. Stone & Beam, a farmhouse modern furniture line, is exclusively available through Amazon, as is the totally chic mid century modern furniture line, Rivet. Check out the stunning pictures below!

If You Love Color, You’ll Love This California Farmhouse

Today is my parents’ 50th anniversary, y’all!!! So I’m gonna keep this post short and sweet so we can go celebrate. I’m just going to let these pictures speak for themselves. This California farmhouse design was inspired by a particularly colorful piece of wallpaper. The result is an amazingly cheerful space that’s making me re-think my love of Scandinavian design. See for yourself!

Colorful New England Farmhouse

While it’s true that I’m totally in love with Scandinavian interior design, I still have a soft spot in my heart for farmhouse style. I have an even softer spot in my heart for farmhouses that aren’t afraid of going bold with colors. So when I saw this amazing farmhouse featured in House Beautiful, I went absolutely gaga. Feast your eyes on this!

Here’s the skinny on the paint colors used in this beautiful home:

Paint Colors
Kitchen cabinets – Stratton Blue by Benjamin Moore
Kitchen walls – Green Ground by Farrow & Ball
Kitchen floor in Carriage Green by Farrow & Ball
Dining room cabinets – Minster Green by Farrow & Ball
Bathroom floor – Tidewater by Sherwin-Williams

Favorite Farmware Pieces and Where to Shop For Them!

I just love this list of farmware favorites and where to shop for them!

Favorites

Wire baskets // Boxwood wreath // 3-tier metal stand // Ribbed creamware batter bowl // Vintage metal scale clock // White pitcher // Galvanized cake stand // Enamel bread box // Nesting herb crates // Cotton wreath (or here) // Creamware Platters (or here) // Chalkboard crates //

Where To Shop

Farmhouse Wares

They consistently have great finds, but sometimes they’re out of stock, and you have to wait a bit before they’re re-stocked.  If you love something there, and it’s in stock–try and grab it if you can, it can go quickly!

Decor Steals

They offer one steal a day, and usually an extended steal or two.  Hurry fast and buy it if you love it–some items sell out in just a couple of hours!  Get on their email list, and every day they send out what the steal of the day is.  It’s one I check just about every day, because I do love so many of their things.

The Magnolia Market

Who doesn’t love Joanna Gaines from Fixer Upper?  I adore so many things in their shop!

 Save on Crafts

They have pretty good prices, and even though I don’t love everything on their site, it’s easy to sift through and find the gems that I do love.  I have several of their boxwood wreaths, and adore them!

 World Market

Yes, World Market!  They don’t have a farmhouse style overall, but they do have some, especially in the kitchen area, that I always love.  Serving ware, cake plates, beverage containers, plus some of their furniture–okay, I could go on for awhile!

Painted Fox

Super cute stuff!  The prices are a little higher, but if you find something you really love, it might be worth the splurge.

Etsy

I am a huge etsy fan, and I always check there if I’m looking for something specific.

If you have another shop or market to add to the list, please let me know–I’d love to hear about it!!

Target

Yep, Target!  They’ve joined the farmhouse revolution, and have a bunch of farmhouse style products.
