The exterior brick was painted in Benjamin Moore China White and the front door in Benjamin Moore Greyhound.

This amazing living room features this beautiful couch from Serena and Lily, but I found a comparable sofa for a fraction of the price on Wayfair.

This lovely accent chair is worth the splurge because, you know, leather is leather.

The dining table is by McGee & Co, but I found a more affordable option on Wayfair.

Those tiles! You can find them here.┬áThe kitchen cabinets are painted in Benjamin Moore Forest Green. And really, who doesn’t love a Smeg?

The bathroom features these amazing plaid tiles, and a floating bathroom vanity to maximize the space.

The bedroom walls are Benjamin Moore Newburg Green, and can we please talk about that light fixture?! I just love those modern Sputnik chandeliers.

This Victorian Mansion’s Modern Makeover is Perfection

This, my friends, is home design goals. A perfect blend of modern and traditional that comes through as effortless and purposeful. I am absolutely obsessed with this space! Interior designer Jodi Morton, founder of 2to5design has created a space that is not only modern, but stays true to the Victorian architecture of this traditionally, elegant home. I just love it when a designer manages to reimagine the function of a home without destroying the character. Seriously, the dining room and the kitchen alone are enough to make me fall in love. Check out these amazing pictures and see for yourself!

Amazon Launches 2 Furniture Lines

Amazon quietly launched 2 furniture lines and they are absolutely amazing!

Remember when Ikea had cornered the market on affordable and chic furniture? Then Target threw their hat in the ring with Project 62 and Hearth & Hand to satisfy all of our mid century modern and farmhouse design cravings. Well, Amazon’s new furniture lines are set to give both companies a run for their money. Stone & Beam, a farmhouse modern furniture line, is exclusively available through Amazon, as is the totally chic mid century modern furniture line, Rivet. Check out the stunning pictures below!

These Open Shelf Kitchen Designs Will Forever Silence Your Inner Hoarder

Ditch those upper cabinets! These open shelf kitchen designs will inspire your next kitchen update.

Can we be honest? Upper cabinets are the giant tombstones in a kitchen graveyard filled with unused dishes, useless appliances, and forgotten cans of food you never liked in the first place. Alright, I’m being dramatic, but I used to always find myself fishing around in those upper cabinets and wading through a bunch of stuff that I should’ve thrown away, but instead tucked away. I took the open shelf plunge over ten years ago, and it totally changed the way I relate to kitchens, grocery shopping, and cooking. Open shelves brighten up an otherwise dark kitchen. You can actually see what you use and use what you see. Nothing more. Nothing less. Still not convinced that open shelves are life? Check out these kitchens and prepare to change your mind!
