Simple Coffee Grounds Face Scrub
Ingredients
- palm-full of freshly used coffee grounds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (for dry skin)
Directions
- brew your favorite organic coffee
- enjoy your delicious cup
- scoop a handful of coffee grounds from the coffee maker’s basket or from the bottom of your french press
- spread the grounds around your face with your fingertips (this can get a bit messy, so be sure to lean over your sink!)
- leave it on for about 5 minutes
- rinse of with warm water
Calming Cucumber Yogurt Mask
Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber, pureed
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 probiotic capsule
Directions
- combine all ingredients
- apply to clean face
- leave on for 15 minutes
- wash off with warm water
Blueberry Antioxidant Mask
Ingredients
- 10 organic blueberries
- 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
- mash blueberries
- stir in yogurt and lemon juice
- apply to clean face
- leave on for 15-20 minutes
- wash of with warm water
Protein Hair Mask
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 4 tsp raw honey
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Apply to scalp and work it through the ends
- leave it in for 15 minutes
- wash it out with herbal shampoo
